The Special Education Resource Department at St. Jude Regional Catholic School is dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping students reach their full academic potential. The resource teacher provides specialized instruction in a small group or resource room setting, as well as collaborates with classroom teachers to help adapt lessons, modify assignments, and support positive behaviors.

Our primary role is to implement and support students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and CAP (Catholic Accommodation Plans), ensuring that each child receives the accommodations and services they need in the least restrictive environment. By partnering with families, teachers, and support staff, the Resource Department helps students grow in confidence, strengthen their skills, and succeed in their faith-filled learning journey.
